Asset Inventory & Tagging
We have extensive experience in the collection, recording, and bar-coded identification of building equipment maintenance assets.
In an effort to implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or a Preventive Maintenance Program, detailed asset data is required for primary components related to conveying, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical building systems.
Information typically recorded for each Maintenance Asset includes:
- Building name
- System name
- Subsystem name
- Component name
- Asset tag number
- Manufacturer
- Model (if available)
- Serial number (if available)
- Condition rating
- Remaining useful life
- Notes (optional)
StudioJAED provides all client information in one of StudioJAED's developed data collection software tools CT2000® or CostMatrix®. Information is also available in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for integration into client-specified CMMS applications.
