Ten-Year Life-Cycle Cost Report by System
Unlike the other reports, the life-cycle analysis is not generated from the estimated cost of corrections. This report is based on the remaining useful life of specific assets identified in each building. Replacement or renewal values are typically scheduled in a five- or ten-year window from the date of the assessment.
