Kent Island Branch Library

- Scope of Work: StudioJAED was recently selected to develop a design program and conceptual design for the expansion of the Kent Island Branch Library in Stevensville, MD. We are also responsible for projecting future growth based upon demographic studies. The library’s addition will include a children’s area, general shelving and library space, a meeting room, additional restrooms, office space, security system, storage, additional furniture and shelving, acoustical treatments, MEP improvements, and more. The project will include sustainable and green design elements as well as the possibility of LEED® certification.
