- Square Footage: 325,668 square feet
- Scope of Work: StudioJAED developed a program for major capital improvements to Laurel School District’s Laurel High School, Laurel Middle/Intermediate School, Dunbar Elementary School, and North Elementary School. Our Team was responsible for updating facilities assessments of all four schools, recommending phasing priorities, developing certificates of necessity, and providing referendum and post-referendum support to the District. Our findings were presented to the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Director of Finance, Board of Education, and Delaware Department of Education.
